Staff/owners are warm and welcoming. They have the cutest pup on site and bake goodies for guests to enjoy upon completion of their service. The space is very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Clean facility with all sorts of wellness options to choose from. The sauna was shared with another person I went with and it was enough room for both of us. The sauna has Bluetooth speakers so you can connect your device. The only thing is that I didn’t know if I could use the salt Clearlight in the room because I wasn’t informed. Other than that, great experience and worth the credits used.

My friend Jessica and I came in and although there was some confusion about our appointments for Normatec Compression, Napoleon took care of us and went over and beyond. We learned A LOT about all the services Avalanche offers (how it works/benefits etc) in addition to having some great dialog around other health/fitness/recovery topics.
