She was engaging, authentic, and used herself as an example when showing a new exercise. Her pace was great and I got such a wonderful workout with her. I’m fit, and my body was def sore after.

I am guessing the instructors teach off. a script they are given there are some movements that could be planned a bit better to accommodate the space you are working in. There were two specific movements that were less effective because of the space around the reformer. We were asked to extend our arms under the reformer and it took away from the effectiveness of the movement. The instructor was responsive and helpful about form corrections if asked, staff was pleasant. There are better Pilates studios in the area but I wouldn’t mind going back.
