For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point. I followed Regina here from another studio - she is truly the best!

Se alle anmeldelseneWhew! Chris was such a good CHALLENGE! I had no idea what I was getting myself into, as I had taken another reformer class with a different instructor at this location. BUT Chris really knows how to target those muscles that weren’t targeted until today. I personally enjoyed the challenge, her guidance and her willingness to assist. She was hands on, very informative and she steadily flowed us through the class. PS: She’s quite nice! 😊

My husband and I will definitely be back for her classes! I’ve been to a lot of spin classes, and that was definitely one that kicked my butt, but in the best way possible.

The class is held in the spa yoga room not the fitness center. Make sure you give yourself enough time to find the spa because it is confusing. It’s valet only for your car. Spa can get you a locker. They have you wait in a relaxing space where the instructor comes to get you. Long sleeves and pants and hokas recommended. Lovely property.

I would recommend for those who want an upbeat yoga workout class that will make you sweat. If you are new, you will have to sign a waiver. Make sure to read a portion of it first as they may be live streaming in the future. If this is the case, it would be good if they labelled which classes will be Livestreamed before signing up.
