Se alle anmeldelseneVery comfortable and relaxing space, I booked a couple massage for a mom & daughter day. Vera did my mother and did a fantastic deep tissue on her, I had Ana. I didn’t feel my massage was deep tissue to the extent I had to ask for more pressure. The deep tissue is + $10 on top of the class pass reservation. For adding on a cost it should’ve been what I paid for. I left still tight and feeling like I needed another massage. Overall I would go back and try Vera - Vera was attentive and had a very calm demeanor. She was great. but just note- they only let you use ClassPass for your first massage.

Se alle anmeldelseneClass Pass needs to have clearer instructions for locations if a franchise is in a mall. I checked two directories and asked a security guard for assistance and ended up at the kiosk instead of the store front. The massage itself was rough and not relaxing sitting with the foot traffic at the mall. The employee that I interacted with didn’t know what ClassPass was which made the checkout process aggressive and confrontational. I don’t plan on returning and would ask for my credits back. No thank you.
