Se alle anmeldelseneThe Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

Hadn’t been at this studio for a while and really love the openness of the space which has two studio rooms. They have very reputable instructors here! If I lived closer this would be my go to yoga studio.

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was fun. It was my daughter’s 1st official yoga class and she’s happy to do it alongside with me. The teacher offers poses and themed to what the kids are into- Frozen! At the end the teacher reads a book so the moms can do their own poses. Wished there were more incorporation of songs to sing since my daughter enjoyed that portion. Either way we had a great time!
