Se alle anmeldelseneI never miss Kate’s Candlelight Slow Flow. The mood is chill and soothing. We spend just enough time in each position to relax but not too long to get bored or cramped. Kate has a sequence that flows with what my body needs. And she just has a soothing voice and presence. Her slow flow has helped me heal my back and return to dancing and sleeping comfortably in any position.

Se alle anmeldelseneWas quite nice!! I expected a bit more active poses for the Revitalizing Yoga w/candles session (I forget its exact name), but honestly it was good with just 4, relaxing poses. This class gave me the space to think; I believe that typically it might be “meant” to usually done w/this in mind: allowing yourself to have no thoughts.. but tbh I haven’t had time to think recently so it was nice to take the time to do so while in comfy yoga poses

Se alle anmeldelseneTruly, excellent teacher. When class started, the flow was very normal, and I thought it would just be another run of the mill folk class. However, Michael really built on top of the sequence with new and challenging poses, which created a lot of heat. He had very calm and focused presence. It was a great class. I was very impressed.

Core work at the start woke the body up before the flow. Instructor offered modifications so advanced students could push harder too, thoughtful and encouraging the whole time. Also heard she’s opening a massage studio here, can’t wait.
