The poses initially looked easy, but Maniam emphasized on where to focus on and then, the pose just felt different (in a good way), you become aware of the “should-be” activated muscles instead of just doing.

Plenty of room and equipment for everyone though. Great to have water on tap - hot or cold. Facilities clean and well-maintained as usual. Pool was also busy but it’s so huge I was able to swim lengths uninterrupted and without disturbing anyone else’s pool time either. Friendly staff too. All-round, a fabulous couple of hours!

Such friendly staff, very tranquil environment with low lighting, relaxing aromas, greenery and soft music playing throughout. The session starts and ends with tea or water in a small room with a couple of big armchairs which extends the whole calming experience. There is a health declaration to complete on arrival. During the massage, my masseuse was very focused on ensuring I was comfortable and happy, without asking too often. I had a male masseuse - something to keep in mind for females, but it was not uncomfortable. Only other thing to note is that most of the masseuse there may not be able to understand English.
