Se alle anmeldelseneFlow was smooth however I felt that YM instructors (flow classes) tend to give too many options/variations for almost each posture. There is nothing wrong to that but too many options can be confusing. Although, it’s our own practice but we attend classes becos we needed the cues. It’s a personal preference I supposed. Everything was amazing! Rod’s instructions was clear. His voice is calming as well.

Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Will definitely come back for more!!
