Ze houden rekening met elk niveau en geven goede tips (je ziet ook echt dat ze ervaren zijn) De training begint altijd met een goede warming-up, waarna er intensief wordt getraind. Het is hard werken, dus ja, er wordt gezweet maar de ruimte is absoluut niet vies! Ik kom 100% zeker terug!
