Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

Se alle anmeldelseneCe type de pratique n’est pas forcément celle que je préfère personnellement, mais je mets 5 étoiles parce que je pense de façon objective qu’elle est très intéressante : le prof nous a beaucoup guidés, les transitions d’une position à une autre étaient très fluides, et il y avait un échange d’intentions avant/après la pratique. C’était très méditatif. Le lieu est aussi très agréable et le personnel très gentil.

The only downside was that the studio (studio 3) was stuffy when we were all sweating, but opening the window quickly rectified that!

Timen var variert og utfordrende på en måte som virkelig gjorde godt for kroppen. Gjennom dynamiske og funksjonelle bevegelser fikk vi jobbet med mobilitet i hele kroppen, noe som kjennes både styrkende og frigjørende. Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room! The receptionist was very helpful and made us feel very welcome which was so nice given my experience with front of the house staff at other similar studio. Will definitely go back.

Le cours a très bien été guidé, c’est vraiment ce que je recherche quand je pratique le yin… une safe place pour faire du bien à mon corps grâce à toutes ses positions d’étirement, et à mon esprit pour relâcher la pression.
