Etwas schade fand ich, dass Playlist und Übungsabfolge eins zu eins identisch mit dem ersten Mal waren – aus Studios bin ich es gewohnt, dass sich Choreo und Ablauf von Mal zu Mal etwas verändern, und dadurch wurde es diesmal etwas eintönig. Die Instruktorin hat zwar bei einigen Übungen Erklärungen gegeben, insgesamt hätte ich mir aber noch etwas mehr verbale Anleitung gewünscht, z. B. Hinweise wie „Kraft aus dem linken Bein nehmen”, da man sich stark auf sich selbst konzentrieren muss und kaum Zeit hat, bei anderen abzuschauen; die Einzelkorrekturen, die sie teilweise während der Übung gegeben hat, kamen dadurch manchmal etwas ungünstig getimt und haben eher kurz aus dem Flow gerissen, als optimal zu unterstützen.

She is really calm and puts you at ease before starting. I went te release tension that had been building up due to a lot of sports (tennis) in my legs and back, and some discomfort in my shoulder and arm due to the combination of tennis and computer work.
