Se alle anmeldelseneNo better way to end a stressful day! Julie’s restorative Yin, Sweet Surrender class is one of my favorite classes at Torch Ypga. In the class she introduced the use of a strap for the hamstrings, IT band, hip openers. The room is not heated like a regular hot yoga class but just warm enough to help with stretching. Julie takes you through different poses and she takes time to describe the intent of the pose while reminding you to go to your edge and back off as needed. I brought my friend, new to Yin and who does not practice yoga regularly. She absolutely loved it!

Se alle anmeldelseneDarcy was great. I’m from out of town (Pittsburgh) but she made sure to come over and introduce herself and see if I had any questions. Music was good, nice variation on out of the saddle and in. Weight bar was something different but I enjoyed it too. I liked how she incorporated AB work in quite often. If I lived down here I’d def go again!!! 🥳🚴🏽♀️
