She focussed on my neck, shoulders and back as per my request. Some pain due to the stiffness being at the desk all day but I feel so refreshed after. Julie was also very attentive - took initiative to adjust my towel position, give me water etc when I needed it. I really appreciate that this facility allowed to have a quick shower in the private room after the massage. Hygiene standards were also good. There was no hard selling. Highly recommended!
