Judo & BJJ for Beginners @FarrerPark
I thought the class would be split into half BJJ half judo (from the name of the listing, so that’s my only critique). So I rolled up in my BJJ gi expecting to do a BJJ class. However it was actually a judo class (I went on a wed night). Despite that, I’m very thankful and happy to say that the coach was very friendly and good at explaining and breaking down movements. He was also patient and welcoming. Also met and did a short randori with some of the other students who were mostly really friendly and nice. Overall I did really enjoy myself and learnt new good drills so I’m pleased with this surprise :)
