Se alle anmeldelseneI had so much fun and it was a perfect class for a beginner! Natalie was so welcoming and created a positive atmosphere. She spent time helping each individual complete the moves. One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it. She also did a positive affirmations exercise at the end of class which I loved.
