And by far she has the best personality that is so welcoming for all the students. What a great asset that she represents your yoga studio ! I see everyone in each class so positive and happy at the end of a class . I wish there were more instructors that are this welcoming and positive . Thanks you

Se alle anmeldelseneRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

Se alle anmeldelseneI really enjoyed Wei’s flow today. Her cues were faster than I am used to (which is a nice change) and it was a good challenge for my mind and body. I deeply appreciated her philosophical morsels of wisdom, which have me still reflecting on them after class. Bravo. Also, my first time visiting the Costa Mesa location (I am a Long Beach regular). A joy to see Jaden at the front desk. I’ll be back for sure!

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

Se alle anmeldelseneVery nice instructor!! She went slow enough that if you’re new you don’t get lost but kept the class going where u kept in rhythm! I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !
