I went last week and ordered through ClassPass, but they didn’t have the items I ordered anymore and told to go through ClassPass for the refund and their drink machine was down. Unfortunately, ClassPass’s policy doesn’t allow refunds for food, so I went back today to explain the situation picking up an order I made. The staff was so kind and understanding. They gave me the missing items from my previous order and even gave me a free bowl for my next visit as an extra gesture for the inconvenience. 🥹❤️ I was honestly so uncomfortable having to explain the situation, but they handled it with so much kindness and made everything right. Very thankful for their customer service! Sometimes it really is about the little things. 💕
