Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

I’ve attended other sessions with around 30 people, but here, the group is kept small—only 4 to 5 people max, if that! My experience with Diana was truly exceptional. I’ve long been an advocate for sound baths during chaotic times, and Diana’s warmth and passion for her work are genuinely inspiring. I felt an incredible sense of relief afterward. Thank you so much for the crystal, Diana! I can’t wait to return!

Se alle anmeldelseneUnfortunately, my least favorite class I’ve taken with bounce class. It was way easier than all the other intro classes I’ve taken. I took my friend and she said she didn’t even sweat 🥲. The instructor seems really nice, but she didn’t follow the beats and seemed more focus on choreography than the workout. She kept giving us water breaks so I don’t think we ever bounced for 10 minutes straight. I still love bounce class though
