Se alle anmeldelseneIt was my first ever Lagree experience and OUCHHH, but in a good way! The most challenging class I’ve ever taken in my life. I wish I the core and upper body strength to keep up with the class but it’s Pilates on steroids. Lauren was so sweet and continuously corrected my form when needed. Definitely will be coming back once I gain more upper body and core strength to support the movements & prevent myself from injuring myself.
