Nice gym! Plenty of cardio machines - more upstairs - and every weight lifting machine/ piece of equipment you could ask for. Clean locker rooms, Rituals products, fluffy towels. Bring a lock if you want to lock anything up!

    Gym Time

Love this gym. My only suggestion lately is that they have four true spin bikes and two are closed off for covid to make space, but It would be nice to take those other two bikes and put them somewhere else so they can be in use as well, since the open two are always so popular right now.

    Inferno Hot Pilates Express

Top 40 and tabata style class. A far cry from alignment-focused pilates, laughably so. Not my thing at all and definitely not what I was expecting, to be honest I couldn’t have disliked this more. BUT if you like this kind of thing (everyone else in class seemed to love it and it sells out often so there’s definitely an audience for it) then this is the place for you. It’s kind of like bar class meets HIIT. I would return to try one of the heated yoga offerings because the space is decent and well-maintained, and while this particular class didn’t resonate for me, the teacher was great for what it was.

Spin Pole: Intermediate/Advanced **MINIMUM BEG. II, CLIMBING, HOLD STATIC POSES**

Danielle is a fantastic teacher who break down tricks in detail I need to learn. This class is NOT FOR NOVICE POLE DANCERS... two dancers were turned away because they didnt read the details, and could have been of harm to themselves and other dancers

    POLE TECHNIQUE (Tricks & Climbs)

Foxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

    Beginner Silks

Great class with a very welcoming and inspiring instructor! Couldn't have had a better first experience trying silks at this fun and challenging workout that builds upper body strength, flexibility, and coordination. It's a nice space and the group has a very friendly, supportive vibe.

Jamie was great, she came around helping everyone & had a great playlist. The only downfall they only had 2 silks so you has to rotate with everyone.

Evangelina is quite the teacher: clear, patient, caring, encouraging, and solid! I absolutely loved her class, learned so much, appreciated her words and her intentions, felt free, and excited about expanding my yoga practice to aerial. Thank you Evangelina :) I will be back.

This is the largest and nicest of all the crunch jams. The staff is very friendly. The locker room is clean and you never have to wait in line for machines. The workout room was private to myself and that was amazing. Go to this country for any others

    FLEX - ALL LEVELS

The coolest stretches! The instructor was very welcoming and fun. You will do tons of variations in this class mostly leg stretches though. Wish there were more stretches to the back. Definitely and all levels class. I’m not very stretchy but didn’t feel one bit intimidated.
