Se alle anmeldelseneDid the 26/2 hot yoga class with Sarah. She was very friendly and approachable. Never took this format of class before and this was only the second hot yoga class I’ve taken. I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend drinking electrolytes because you will sweat! Sarah will give you modifications if the moves are too hard or too easy for you. I would like to take more classes and see what powerhouse has to offer. Highly recommend Sarah as well.

Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,
