Se alle anmeldelseneI really enjoyed this class with Alison. She gave great adjustments, was kind and welcoming, and gave clear anatomically accurate cueing. As an advanced practitioner/teacher visiting from out of town, I felt comfortable in the serene space, I’m sure a brand new practitioner would feel equally comfortable as Alison seems to have a deep grasp of what she teaches. Mat rental was only $2 for a high end Lifeforme. I’ll be sure to visit again on my next visit to the city!

She was incredibly sweet, informative, and attentive throughout the entire class. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with each movement. It was a great first experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
