I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

Sounds strange but I really appreciated how Leo makes decisions for his sessions and also pushes us to the next level by supporting us at stations as well as pairing us w a partner. I recommend this location to anyone. All the instructors are great.
