This is the kind of class you could potentially do something wrong and hurt yourself but she made sure to walk around the room and checked that everybody stayed safe. The stretches were deep and intense, and even though I am sore today I know I will feel grateful in a couple of days! This class provides great relief and it is also a great moment to check in where your body is at and bring some awareness. Will book again ❤️
