It took some extra time and effort to rearrange my plans, but luckily my schedule was flexible enough that I was able to book another class. Overall, I had a nice experience. The studio was easy to find, located on the ground floor, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d be happy to come back and give it another try. I just hope the scheduling will be more reliable next time.

Olga was very nice and attentive, she switched the class to English because I didn’t speak Dutch and spent a lot of time correcting and explaining to us the right postures. The studio is lovely too, clean with a very nice vibe and they offer free coffee/ tea as well!

But Would be great if there were more weights for everyone, i was the 7 or 8 person to join & there were already no 1 or 1.5 KG weights left (so had to use 2) and some folks didn’t have balls to use for the workout (when it was ball heavy & the class wasn’t full)!

She explains everything in great detail and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy to follow. A special thank you to Femke as well. She gives everyone such a warm welcome and is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain things as many times as needed. She is especially attentive to first-time visitors, making sure everything is explained clearly and that no one feels lost or unsure. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and everyone on the team was so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I joined the Power Pulse class and absolutely loved it. The workout was challenging, motivating, and such a refreshing change from the usual fitness classes available in Cologne. Most studios mainly offer Pilates or Barre, so it was great to finally find something different and more dynamic. This is exactly the kind of concept that has been missing in Cologne. The class was excellent, the energy was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Je merkt aan alles dat ze ruime ervaring heeft in het lesgeven en een hele fijne, positieve energie uitstraalt. 💕 De uitleg was duidelijk, ze hield goed rekening met ieders niveau en zorgde voor een fijne sfeer.
