Se alle anmeldelseneBeautiful class in a lovely studio. We were greeted by such a friendly woman upfront. We were given a tour of the space. We were encouraged to treat ourselves to hot tea. It was delicious. The teacher, JoJo, was so kind and talented when teaching. It was a great mix of doing several poses (excellent teaching) and then our restorative practice. My husband and I both loved the time at this class. We will be back! .

The flows creatively incorporate breathing techniques, deep stretches and sequences. I leave the studio feeling refreshed, flexible and grounded mentally. I also recommend Ayla’s Yin Yoga classes. This place is a hidden gem in Nashville!
