    Exactly what I needed today. Warm, positive welcome. Very nice open space and the class was challenging with clean, direct, smooth cues, and helpful adjustments. Will definitely be back!

    I loved this class.I think it was well structured for everyone to do the same workouts but move at your own pace. The instructor was very helpful at showing you the workouts. And it was a good workout, heart pumping and sweating. I think it’s good for beginner fitness level. The place was clean and lots of weights and etc.

    Zandr was a great coach. Small space but has everything you need! I enjoyed the partner WOD. I think this place would be good for beginners and all levels too of course
