She asked me at the start where I wanted to focus, and throughout the session she checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was right. Also, I think she knew where the tense areas were and focused on them without me having to say much. I really appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. The massage itself was thorough, effective, and exactly what I needed.
