Le studio est très beau, très propre et bien aménagé. La séance menée par Héloïse était très apaisante: j'ai adoré mon expérience au sauna, les lumières et les différentes huiles essentielles rendent l'expérience immersive et dépaysante. Je n'ai pas réussi à tenir longtemps dans le bain froid mais j'en ai définitivement ressenti les bienfaits durant le reste de la journée. J'avais peur lisant les autres commentaires que l'espace soit bruyant et l'expérience peu relaxante mais ça n'a pas été le cas. J'espère pouvoir revenir bientôt dans ce petit havre de paix ✨🪷
