Se alle anmeldelseneWhat a fun vibe this studio has! The energy that all of their staff/instructors have is contagious. It was my first time checking out one of their classes. Due to my injury, I couldn't keep up with most of it. After 20 minutes, I sat down and enjoyed the class as a spectator. I still got my 20 minutes of movement so it was still worth it. Would definitely love to check out more of their classes.

Se alle anmeldelseneLa prof était vraiment gentille, expliquait très bien les enchaînements et faisait preuve de beaucoup de patience. C’était mon tout premier cours et j’ai adoré l’expérience! Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. Les autres personnes présentes étaient aussi très gentilles et l’ambiance était accueillante, sans aucun jugement.
