I told her that it was my first time for a laser treatment, and she tested a small section on my neck so that I could feel what the treatment would feel like. She also put another face mask, moisturizing cream and sunblock after the treatment, so there was no redness at all. Will be definitely back.

I’ve been taken this deep stretch class a few times and I enjoyed it a lot. The teacher is straight forward but never with bad intentions. In fact I quite like her style because she could point out what’s wrong with my posture and she could handle a class with various levels at the same time, which I found only an exceptional experienced teacher could do that. I recommend this studio to those who really wanna improve their body flexibility and strength. Worth giving it a try.
