Se alle anmeldelseneI am speechless. I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY FAVOURITE YOGA STYLE/STUDIO. Clemens is an amazing human being/trainer and he gently encourages you to push yourself. I have never sweated like this in my entire life and the people in this class are so friendly, too. Hot Yoga can be a lot. Do this once a week, I promise you the amount of endorphins your body will produce will be RECORD HIGH.

She also gives a lot of individual attention and by the end of the class you are able to do a full dance routine even as a complete beginner which was cool!

As someone who has been dancing for 8 years, I truly appreciate the comfortable atmosphere in our class, as well as Zarah‘s professionalism and friendliness. The exercises seemed very good and targeted and I appreciated the long warmup with a lot of mobility exercises for the neck, back, torso and hips. The class involves mobility, strengthening, stability and coordination, and, naturally, salsa movements that will make you look good once mastered. I will surely come back.
