Se alle anmeldelseneI love that this was a new workout. I have never tried. The machines are super nice and accommodating, and the instructor Shua was so kind. She even trained me before class started since it was my first class.!! I'm trying to rebuild my strength after a knee accident and surgery… All the lunges and core work were excellent and it felt so good… Yes, it was challenging which I was hoping for!! I will definitely be back!!

You can tell she genuinely cares about the people in class and really puts her heart into it. Couldn’t recommend her enough! They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough. Instructor was really wonderful - super kind and the class was hard enough to feel great after!
