Se alle anmeldelseneTony was wonderful and welcoming. The Foundations class is a great place to start, as someone who is only a little familiar with yoga I found it easy to interpret and keep up. I was challenged in the middle section of the class, but a manageable challenge. Do be advised, parking here is tough/paid, and the space is one the 3rd floor of a kinda unmarked office/loft complex. Plan for 5 extra minutes!
