Se alle anmeldelseneMichelle is such a great teacher! I really liked the blend of Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates. She’s very good at cueing the poses and utilizing our breath. I felt the energy build! Beautiful gym and can’t wait to come back! I hope to see more of her classes on the schedule.
