You can take the workout as intense or slow as you like, I’d describe it as less chaotic F45. The coaches Patrick and Oscar were really welcoming and helpful fixing form, my partner was also super nice & friendly. I enjoyed the feel good tunes but some higher tempo would ‘t go amiss! The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose.
