Se alle anmeldelseneLove to support independent studios! I’ve been here a couple times and the instructors seem more of the chill type than perky or drill sergeant. You get a wide variety of Lagree type moves on the machine which is fun! My one piece of constructive criticism is that in today’s flow we stayed on many individual movements for a long time… it was probably 90 seconds - 2 minutes technically but with Lagree as a client it can feel really boring / rough if you stay with the same move at the same tempo that long. Anyways, I’ll be back to this studio!

Playlist was a hit, just what I needed as a beginner to push through a challenging class. Now I clearly see why her classes get booked FAST!

I’ll say of all the non-traditional Pilates (megaformer) classes I’ve taken, this one specifically with Brenda was the most fun while still being challenging. The other megaformer studio instructors (including Solidcore) I’ve experienced do not really pay attention to technique/form and just want you to break a sweat. Will def come back here!

He’s super knowledgeable and actually comes around to make sure everyone is set up properly on the reformer, unlike other instructors here. His focus on proper alignment, breathing and ensuring you feel the burn is incredible. He’s one of the few instructors here I’ve taken who actually seems certified and wants to help and educate their students. 10/10

Se alle anmeldelseneI appreciate the teacher not dumbing down the class because some attendees have little to no Pilates experience. This workout and method are NOT beginner friendly. Even with years of Pilates experience (or else), you will be challenged at every move. I strongly recommend attending the Pilates Place or similar FIRST to learn proper engagement, lingo, and endurance. Nofar is most definitely in the top three best studio and workout in Miami. I've tried my fair share of studios and workouts, and this concept is so unique. I love Antonio's teaching method. He is very hands-on with corrections and won't let you slack no matter how many times he's seen you... or not. The studio is beautiful and clean. You must have grip socks but should not own any or forgot to bring them, they sell great ones for $7 which says so much about this place. I LOVE IT HERE!! ✨️

The class had a great energy, and the movements flowed smoothly from one to the next. Despite being a full-body workout, Pilates felt gentle on my joints, and I left feeling invigorated and refreshed. In a time where anyone can participate in a course to become a Pilates instructor, it is hard to feel confident I am being lead by someone who truly understands what we’re doing and most importantly WHY! The machines look like megaformer, but they aren't. They also double as Cadillac/tower and feel so luxurious and smooth when using. The teacher is very nice, though not always very clear with his instructions. I would also appreciate any cue on how to engage to do the moves correctly and get the most out of his well though out workout flow. Like, was the back supposed to be in a sea curve or flat?? etc, etc... I didn't think I would be this challenged, but I ended the class sweating. I will most definitely come back... WEEKLY! 💪🫶
