Kettlebells are soooo underrated as a tool for overall strength training and combined with abs and an AMRAP at the end, in the heat, you will feel WELL worked out. I like Matt’s classes a lot because he cues very clearly and it feels like we spend more time with the kettlebells but not sure if that’s just my perception. The one thing I don’t like about this class format is an arms sequence with 5-pound weights or lighter; feels like a waste of time from a spin class, and every instructor does it so it’s not his “fault” per se. Also I’ve been coming to this gym for years, and was an unlimited member at one point - they really need to address the sound mixing of the instructor’s mic in the room. It’s still really hard to hear.

A good mix of reggaeton and other styles. She just makes you feel like “that girl.” I have sensitive shoulders from a pinched nerve so I really appreciate how both classes I’ve taken with her are mostly mat based works and while laying down with minimal extensive pressure on shoulders or palms. Try her class even if you've never done pilates on a Reformer before. Nothing was intimidating about the class. Just be ready for the booty burn. Se alle anmeldelseneLiv is high-energy and totally in command, she’s basically a drill sergeant in the room (but I love it). You can tell she comes from a strict dance background. As someone who grew up like that as well, I loved her class. She really emphasizes posture, clean lines, and true muscle engagement. You can feel her knowledge, and the way she teaches you how to activate the right muscles is something a lot of instructors just miss. One thing I noticed is that her verbal cues into the next move could feel a bit abrupt.... sometimes I'd have to catch up on where I was supposed to be. But her standing demos are strong and her visual cues are clear, so you can find your way back in pretty quickly. Honestly, I've never had a core burn quite like hers. She really knows how to target the right muscles and keeps you focused on form the entire time. She's demanding in the best way possible, and if you're looking for that kind of intentional work who will push you I think she's exactly the kind of person you want leading specialty classes. PS… her music is heavy rap and is absolutely phenomenal, Liv pls keep playing it we love it!
