Not sure where the previous reviews came from but it seems like it would be hard to give individual instructions in this class. If you need extra help re form, the instructors that I asked (Alvin and a girl I’m sorry I don’t know her name) were super cool and available to answer questions after class, which was very helpful. Great workout! Thanks!
