I loved how you could get in a great quick weight lifting type workout with a coach and the times start every 10 minutes which makes it flexible too. It was clear and concise on what to do for each circuit. The music was loud and upbeat. Coach Patty made my first class experience very welcoming! If I lived in Miami, I’d make this part of my routine.

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat instructor however very strange building. Had to go through many winding stairwells to find the studio. Elevator was out but it wouldn’t take you there anyway. Only 1 other person in the class. Felt like the building detracted from the studio so I don’t know if I’d return
