Although the studio and the instructors are incredible, if there’s one thing I’d change, it would be the temperature in here. It get’s way too hot!!!

Se alle anmeldelseneCamimi has such amazing energy and great breathwork cues. This pilates class is contemporary and fun but form and flow are very true to the principles of pilates. I left with the most amazing abs & glutes burn in the best way. If you haven’t taken her class yet I highly recommend she’s one of my favorites at this studio

Se alle anmeldelseneThis instructor is so friendly and welcoming, but let me tell you... when the class starts, it's game on, and she becomes a savage lol. I have taken hot pilates classes at this very studio for weeks, but this class was next level. Felt like a Lagree class in intensity because they were not too many breaks and many challenging, fresh moves in a row. I felt challenged, accomplished, and rinsed, but nothing an El Sol shake couldn't fix post class. Book this class and thank me later, fam. 👊
