Se alle anmeldelseneEve is very nice and I loved learning trapeze with her! I was the only one so I essentially had a private lesson. She has two trapeze bars one single-point and the other static, and got to try both plenty of times. As someone with an aerial silks background but very little trapeze experience she gave me lots of foundational knowledge for this apparatus and taught me over the bar and under the bar skills, names, and transitions. If you’re an absolute beginner to any aerial art I think Eve will be a great instructor for you too!

It definitely increased my confidence and is very beginner friendly. You don’t need to have any upper body strength or be the most flexible to participate. If you may be having doubts, DO IT and have fun your way!! Also the Mariah was amazing lol she makes you feel very comfortable and is great at providing insight/guidance. You won’t be disappointed.

Personally, I do not like that people are able to film in classes, especially with tripods. Felt uncomfortable but this was a lot of fun, would take again with a friend!
