It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I did love the lavender towels and star lights though! I’ll come back but I’ll probably stick to the og breath work with a cold plunge :)

Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. I really enjoyed my session, I’ll definitely be back!

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !
