They just dance in a huddle instead of dancing in windows the whole class so a spot that would ideally have one person has 4 kids. I have gotten run into them before and even scooting back you push everyone back behind you. I wish the instructors would either put all the kids on one side or have their own kids classes or even just fix them into windows while practicing. It can be hard to dance next to them

I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

Her choreo is always so creative, hard enough to be a challenge but not so hard that it feels impossible (true int/adv level). Emma is such a gem, not only does she always take the time to explain things as many times as people need, she also usually closes class with some heartfelt words of motivation to carry with you into the rest of the week. Really good instruction at the beginning, explaining the exercises for each station in the circuit, and it felt pretty fast paced as we moved through, doing enough reps to feel fatigued but not so many that you get bored. Jamie keeps an eye on each person and gives specific suggestions for improving form or adjusting weight. The music and instructor are fun and upbeat, and for the 7am class, she even provides cold brew coffee which was a nice surprise. My shoulders and arms are sore today, and I feel like I got more strength building out of this than other group training classes. FYI: the strength class is shoes on, and no mat needed.

The building itself was a bit confusing, and there wasn't anyone at the front desk to answer questions. Luckily, I found the studio. I did find that the yoga class can be upstairs or downstairs, so keep that in mind. The class I did was upstairs in the Pilates studio.
