I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

She has two trapeze bars one single-point and the other static, and got to try both plenty of times. As someone with an aerial silks background but very little trapeze experience she gave me lots of foundational knowledge for this apparatus and taught me over the bar and under the bar skills, names, and transitions. If you’re an absolute beginner to any aerial art I think Eve will be a great instructor for you too!

I came in for yoga and I enjoyed the difference in this class to traditional yoga - being encouraged to move slower, find my strength and challenge myself while staying controlled in each movement. We focused a lot on balance because that is my weakest point, and incorporated some self defense as I expressed interest in the self defense classes offered here. Dan was very educational and I learned a lot even in this one class. I will be back next for the self defense classes!
