Se alle anmeldelseneI love coming to yoga nidra. Heather is such a gem! She’s so kind, calming, and goes above and beyond to try to make the environment as peaceful as possible (which is tough to do with the gym below). I always leave feeling so much more peaceful.

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was such a calming experience, the class focused a lot on slow, gentle movements and deep stretching. The instructor created a really relaxing environment with soft lighting and calming music, which made it easy to unwind and focus on breathing. I appreciated how they encouraged us to listen to our bodies and not push too hard. It felt more about recovery and mindfulness than performance. I’d definitely consider going again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something low-impact and restorative style of yoga.

Samba Dance: Fundamentals & Fitness
Se alle anmeldelseneI’ve been loving these classes! I wanted to try samba years ago, and now there’s a studio closer to me. Annalisa is new to teaching but she really knows her stuff; I appreciate all the thought and planning that goes into the class, from warmup, to drills, to practicing our samba, to choreography, and the music selection is always fun and varied. I’m excited to see how her class develops over time. It’s a great place to have fun and meet cool women. Highly recommend!
