I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. I wasn’t sure what to expect since the studio is inside a med spa, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. I do a lot of Pilates, so this was a nice change of pace. The class incorporated heavier weights and offered a great strength workout that definitely challenged me in a different way. It was the perfect balance of strength and stretching, and I left feeling like I got a really effective workout. The class size was small with only seven participants plus the instructor. To top it all off, during the final stretch we were each given a chilled, lightly scented towel to place over our faces. It was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end a great class. I’ll definitely be back!
