He quickly got me acclimated to the gyms layout/format and inquired about past injuries. He provided relevant exercise modifications throughout and checked in to see how I was feeling. Really liked the group warm up/ post stretch. The other class participants were also really inclusive and overall the place had a really good vibe. It seemed like more “athletic” participants were also getting what they needed out of the class which is really cool to see the upside of things. Will DEF be back.

My lower back & mind both felt soooo good leaving this class. Only thing I would have changed is there is no shade on the door to the hallway. Especially for a candlelight class it would be nice to have that light at least filtered. Also the blanket was mildewy so might be time for a deep wash! Studio is so cute, all the staff I encountered were lovely. Will definitely be back.

Although the instructor and clients spent some time reviwiewing what looked to be their workouts on a whiteboard, there was a lot of shouting (playfully) across the gym and instruction to perform exercises different from the plan. personally, I found the environment chaotic.
