Se alle anmeldelseneIt’s a nice studio and the instructor was very good, but the class didn’t really feel like much of a workout. Probably best for beginners or more of a restorative class. I may personally try one of their more challenging classes in the future

Se alle anmeldelseneMurong is amazing. She starts with breathwork, guided body scan and incorporates multiple instruments throughout the session. The space and setup are super cozy, I love all of it and plan to become a regular (this was my 3rd class there in one week!) - I brought 5 friends with me and they all raved about it too.

Se alle anmeldelseneWent for red light therapy and it was great! I was in and out in 20 minutes. The place is a little small if there is more than one person waiting for a service, but the staff was quick to get me set up. They do require a waiver signed upfront but that was the only paperwork- they did not hold me hostage trying to upsell me, and they were friendly and available for questions/help but since I had done this kind of therapy before they just set me up and left me alone unless I needed anything. That was 5-star service in my book!
