So fun! My legs and abs were burning. The teacher was very welcoming for something that can be intimidating! I definitely will be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneTook this class and about 2 mins in I started feeling kidney pain, dizzy and nauseated. I took a detour from her cues while I tuned in with what was going on with my body. Shay created plenty of space for that in a very graceful way. And eventually when I was feeling more balanced she provided some helpful mods for me that were floor based and less of an issue balance wise. I’ll be back to experience one of Shay’s full classes for sure!

It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! Definitely recommend if you’re up for something different!

She reminded us that we can go at our own pace and offered modifications throughout the class. I forgot how much I love this studio.
