Usually I go to reformer studios, and this studio has megaformers; however, I think the equipment enhances the workout. I didn’t feel rushed like other they megaformer-style studios who make their transitions and movements so fast. This was low and slow.

Soooo worth it. Definitely admire this gem and the customizability. Bring your own headphones!!!
